Notice about Client Portal and Statements
On June 30th, 2025, Southeastern Trust will be converting to a new core system which will include a new client portal. The existing client portal will be available through July 31st, 2025. Any documents you have saved to the client portal will need to be downloaded, as they will not be available to access after July 31st. The digital June account statements will be posted to the current client portal shortly after the end of the month. The digital July statements will be posted to the new client portal. With the conversion to a new system, all client statements will become digital unless you “opt-in” to continue receiving paper statements. If you wish to continue receiving paper statements, please contact a member of your relationship team.
