Mrs. Bickford-Payne joined Southeastern Trust in July 2014 and leads the Atlanta, Georgia office. She is responsible for relationship management and trust administration, with a focus on Special Needs Trusts. As a Senior Trust Officer, she has 20+ years of experience in trust and estate administration, including the management of real estate held in trust.

Mrs. Bickford-Payne is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and the Cannon Financial Institute. She holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers and the Accredited Trust and Financial Advisor (ATFA) from Campbell University.
