Reilly Morrison joined Southeastern Trust in 2025, bringing extensive experience in estate planning and fiduciary services. He earned his undergraduate degree in History from Furman University and a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where he concentrated in Elder Law. Reilly also holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation. Throughout his career, he has focused on serving individuals with unique needs and their families, providing thoughtful guidance and comprehensive support.

Before joining Southeastern Trust, Reilly served as Fiduciary Team Director for Truist’s Special Needs Trust group, leading efforts to manage and administer trusts for clients with disabilities. Earlier in his career, he practiced at a boutique law firm specializing in Elder and Special Needs Law. His blend of legal expertise and commitment to advocacy makes him a trusted resource for navigating complex financial and legal challenges.
