Mrs. Bickford-Payne joined Southeastern Trust in July 2014 and is responsible for relationship management and account administration, with a focus on Special Needs Trusts. She has 20+ years of experience in trust and estate administration, including managing real estate held in trust. Mrs. Bickford-Payne is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and the Cannon Financial Institute. She has earned the CTFA designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers and the ATFA designation from Campbell University. She also serves on the Board of Directors of The Estate Planning Council of Chattanooga.
